Hello, hello! Sorry for the extended absence – work has been manic. Which makes getting fit even more difficult but i’m determined. And who knew trainers would replace my shoes obsession. I recently got sent these amazing flyknits by the lovely people at JD Sports. They are a lovely bright pink and they are so so comfortable. Perfect for running in and for visits to the gym. Feels like i’m working out in my socks. I’m not usually one for trainers but i’ve been wearing these at every opportunity. Can’t recommend these highly enough. Seriously like walking on air. They go with so much of my non fitnesswear too. ADORE.
