Introducing Japanese/Thai Fashion Brand VK by Vee

Its been eons since I last wrote about one of my favorite Japanese fashion brands but today I’m rectifying this. And I have a good one to kick things off. Let me introduce you to VK by Vee. A super cute and feminine Japan based brand. It has a distinctly youthful feel and certain pieces remind me of the Japanese lolita trend.

VK by Vee is the brainchild of Japanese/Thai designer Hiroka Limviphuvudh who studied at Japan’s major design establishment Kobe University. She studied on their fashion and textile design course and has been delighting women everywhere with her quirky cute designs since 2011. But before the creation of VK by Vee Hiroka sold tees and bags via her online store. These days her collections are sold all over Japan & Thailand and now she’s set to conquer the UK.

If you’re a lover of quirky or just like your clothes to reveal your fun nature then this is the brand for you. The SS2015 collection is chock full of pretty pieces with scalloped necklines, pastel pretties and illustrated prints. This collection reminds me of the 80s. The cut of the pieces is reminiscent of the decade. Unfortunately i’m old enough to remember the 80s first time around.

So what are your opinions on VK by Vee?
