5 Years- Happy Anniversary!

5 Years ago today, Guy and I got married. I was very sure that it was only our 4th wedding anniversary, and had to do some math- it doesn’t feel like it’s been 5 years at all (Or even 4, as I originally thought!).

The photos were taken at midnight on New Year’s Eve- we stayed home and drank pink champagne and I made pipe cleaner crowns, and we struggled to stay awake until midnight (as evidenced by our alarmingly similar pajama pants, which you can see in the photos). Then we went outside, lit sparklers, and took some photos on a tripod while our little one slumbered upstairs in her crib. Because that’s something I love about our marriage- staying home is sometimes a heck of a lot more fun than going out.

Happy anniversary, Guy. There is no one on earth I’d rather drink pink champagne in my pajamas with. Every day with you is amazing.
