I recently attended the launch of Mio, which is a fabulous new line of bodycare products from makers of Mama mio. Mio believes in fit, healthy skin and they have some really amazing products. I could seriously do with all of them.
I was given their Quick Start exhilarating shower gel as a gift so this has now become part of my morning ritual. It has a very fresh, minty scent and if you take a few deep breathes while you’re showering, it’s an instant wake up call! I feel it’s a little pricey for a shower gel so I’m using it rather sparingly to make it last.
