Hello everyone! I’m so excited to be here at the Craft Cafe today and to share this DIY for a business card envelope. One of my big passions is papercrafting so I hope you enjoying making these.
You will need: • Scrapbooking paper / Pretty card stock
•
Envelope Template • Scissors
• Bakers Twine (10cm length)
• Bone Folder
• Hot Glue Gun
• Buttons
• Double Sided Sticky Tape
How to:
Step 1
Begin by cutting out the envelope template in card stock or scrapbooking papers.
Step 2
Use a bone folder to make the creases.
Step 3 Hot glue some twine and then a button onto the deeper end flap. This will form your closure for the envelope later on.
Step 4
Hot glue a second button on the deeper side flap.
Step 5
Using double sided sticky tape (or hot glue if you prefer), assemble your envelope folding the side flaps in first, followed by the bottom and then the top.
Step 6
You can then add your business cards to the envelope and use the bakers twine from the top button to tie around the bottom button.
A really cute and simple way to hold a few cards or even a bit of loose change or confetti!
