It’s that time of the week where I share with you a beauty steal, and today’s edit includes not one but a selection of the L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Mono Eyeshadows in Lumiere, Smokey and Nude – a gorgeous trio of autumnal colours.

I always look past eyeshadows when I go into the drugstores like Boots and Superdrug. Only recently have I ventured into this arena of the makeup isles. L’Oreal is pretty much my favourite drugstore brand so when there was a 3 for 2 offer running I couldn’t stop swatching these eyeshadows! These are creamy and pigmented to another level – I’ve not seen anything quite like it and to be honest, I’m not sure why! The above pictures were about 2 layers of product, with no primer, no nothing. Just pure, shimmery, eyeshadow goodness!

They retail at £5.49 each which are such a steal for those out there who are more of a single eyeshadow person, rather than full blown palettes of eyeshadows which you may not be comfortable wearing.

I don’t apply any eyeshadow without a primer so layering the two, you will have your eyes looking extra gorgeous with these shadows on. I love using these all over the lid with a bronzer in the crease to warm the look up and works as a nice transition colour to the whole look. Smokey and Lumiere have first place prizes in my books!
