Stomping Ground

So this is what I wore while out shopping on Saturday. Are you literally dying? I am. Oh look! I didn't tell you guys aka my mother, but I bought the Steven Alan sportcoat I blogged about last fall. It went on super sale one weekend and I ended up getting it for half off or something crazy like that. It's kind of perfect for spring because it's unlined and would look as great thrown over a nautical stripe t-shirt as it does here, layered over my vintage denim jacket (which is layered over top an undershirt, a button-up and a cashmere sweater.) To top it all off, my John Smedley knit cap aka Steve Zissou beanie.

And obviously this is the inaugural wearing of my Acne Pop White lady jeans, which are now documented in action as not giving me weird crotch issues—HOWEVER. In one of the shots that did not make it into this post, a shot taken from *behind*, my butt looks hella flat. This is SO FAR from the truth, so I'm kind of emotional about that but chalking it up to weird lighting or whatever logical explanation there might be.
