That One Time I DM-ed This Stylist (Cakeboy)

Funny story: so you know how I love Jason Rider? Like, ok, fashion nerd breakdown here, but he's become as reliably awesome as Joe McKenna or Jodie Barnes. Seriously love this guy's work. So I tried to reach out to him via Instagram direct message to set up an interview and he actually replied, which was the most exciting thing ever, especially considering that—you know how you have to send a picture DM on Insta? Ok, no, I didn't send him a dickpic, get your mind out of the gutter. I wrote a note, "Can I interview you?" and put two check boxes below it, and both said yes. So it was really cheesy and I had this crazy chipped nail polish on my thumb and I thought it looked so broke ass, but he replied! And then I think he got really busy after my follow up because he didn't respond again...but I also don't know how Instagram DM works so I could have been doing it wrong the whole time. #YOLO.

Anyway, this is all to say that here's some more work of Jason's I love, this time featuring jumpsuits, which we all know are soooo last season, but this is such a gorgeous shoot, no? So there's that. Who else should I be trying to interview? Any suggestions? Especially people I can reach out to in more normal ways...maybe I can hit up a few people on Grindr next.
