Present Time A/W 2014

Today's inspiration comes from Present Time, whose new Autumn/Winter collection entitled "New Nostalgia" is a harmonious blend of new and old, feminine and masculine, handmade and artificial.

The colour palette is a lovely mix of chalky pastels and greys with pops of pink, yellow and green. Texture plays an important part with shiny gold and copper pared back with natural woods, leather, cement and marble. Motifs include woodland creatures like foxes owls and hares.

I am loving the two tone vases with earthy ceramic bases and shiny glazed tops and the abundance of copper baskets, fruit bowls and shelving racks.
