I thought I would kick off the day by showing you some of my baking supplies and equipment that I used to decorate my Christmas cake, which I will show you later today...
First up is the Dove plunge cutters, I bought them a while ago as I love bird decor. They allow for consistently accurate cutting and great final results. They can be used with all types of icing, sugarpaste, almond paste, marzipan and even non-edible modelling clay.
