Giving Thanks + A Giveaway

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian readers! When people share what they’re thankful for, you usually hear beautiful sentiments about their family and friends, and having good health and a roof over their head. Don’t get me wrong, I’m beyond thankful for traditional stuff as well, but today I’ve decided to mention the things that might get you asked to leave the dinner table.
1. Having naturally long lashes, for an Asian anyway. As superficial as it sounds, I’m thankful I wasn’t born with stick-straight lashes. In fact, people often mistaken my lashes for falsies. Not that I have anything against falsies; I’ll wear them every now and then for a photo shoot. It’s just that I prefer to leave the I-wear-fake-eyelashes-every-day for the ABG’s/LG’s (Asian Baby Girls/Little Girls).
2. Being on the itty bitty titty committee. Admittedly, when I was 12 years old, I used to stuff my bra with tissues. But over my growing years (no pun intended), I learned to appreciate my boobs. Heck, I even wrote a post about them. They may be small, but that doesn’t make me feel any less sexier. I mean, I enjoy adding a little extra oomph to my girls with the help of a push-up bra, but one of my favourite perks of being an itty bitty is being able to go braless whenever I want, as I’ve done in this post.
3. My neck, my back, my Netflix, and my snacks. Just kidding! But seriously, I’m a homebody and proud of it. I’d rather stay at home with Maximus and watch Netflix while eating ice cream than do pretty much anything else.
4. My alarm clock on my iPhone. I’m a heavy sleeper and this by far is the most consistent and dependable entity in my life, because God knows where I’d be at what time if that damn thing didn’t wake my lazy ass up.
