Summer Pool Days

The best e-mail I've received all summer: the pool is official open! That happened last week and I've been at the pool almost every day since; in another life I may have been a mermaid. #justsaying

As I mentioned a few months ago, the only down side (literally, the only one) of the new place is that the nearest Sbux is FAR and this girl has got to get her fix on. Between Bottled Starbucks® Iced Coffees and frappuccinos, I've managed to keep the caffeine flow uninterrupted in the AMs and whenever I'm having a little fun in the sun. Over the weekend this was the poolside situation:

Great pool day activity: at-home mani! I mean, when else are you just laying somewhere long enough for your nails to dry?! Warning to all friends: my obsession for insulated plastic mason jars is starting to get a little out of hand and you may be receiving them as summer gifts. Why? They're multi-purpose (this week's theme)... water at the beach, rosé at the pool, red wine for summer bbqs, pour in Bottled Starbucks® Iced Coffee and it's a magical on-the-go situation.
