East vs. West Style: Leather

It's October and I'm wearing white leather... sue me! The East vs. West girls and I are back for week number 2 (check out week 1 here) and you guessed it, it's all about leather:

Instead of opting for a leather jacket (great fall staple, btw) I went the road less traveled with a (vegan) leather skirt. With this 80 degree weather we're having it's a bit tough to get in the fall layering spirit. This was the perfect outfit for Sunday strolling down Abbot Kinney:

I have yet to go homeless chic (that's the preferred nomenclature for Venice style) but it's safe to say that my new surroundings are having an impact on my look; flats (eek!) and hats are in heavy rotation.
