Whole Foods Grilling for Independence Day

If Independence Day doesn’t make you break out your grill, I don’t know what will!

During the warm, summer months I love firing up the grill and keeping the heat outside. There’s just something so perfect about a sizzling burger or fresh veggies taking up occupancy on the grill. Add a side of fresh watermelon or berries on my plate, put an ice cold beverage in my hand and I’m a happy camper sitting down for a meal on a picnic blanket. Yum!

The folks over at Whole Foods have made cooking this holiday super easy with an amazing spread of grill-worthy recipes. Take a peek at some of my favorites!

Tofu Veggie Skewers with Pineapple Mango Jerk Sauce /// Grilled Swordfish Tacos /// Apple and Cheddar Beef Burgers /// Grilled Pineapple with Honey Balsamic Glaze /// Grilled Teriyaki Pork Lettuce Wraps /// Corn on the Cob with Feta and Herbs /// Grilled Asparagus Bundles with Dijon-Orange Vinaigrette /// Tandoori-Style Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs /// Grilled Fruit with Caramelized Orange Sauce /// Grilled Zucchini with Kalamata Vinaigrette

I know I’m adding that corn on the cob to our menu and I can never say no to grilled fruit – one of my all time favorite treats! What is making your mouth water with grilling anticipation?
