Smoothie Freezer Packs

Instead of getting my smoothies on the outside, I like to make them at home. But I ain't got time for that shit. So I like to premake smoothie packs, greens and all, and put them in the freezer! Seriously delicious and I always feel alive and refreshed after one. Because otherwise, I am like a zombie or something.

INGREDIENTS: Ripe bananas Frozen berries Frozen mango chunks Frozen peach slices Kale Spinach Vanilla soy milk Ground flax seed Chia seeds Raw almonds
ALSO NEED: Quart freezer bags Blender
DIRECTIONS: 1. Cut bananas in half and peel. Open up all the ingredients so they are easy to grab. 2. In each freezer bag, put in half a peeled banana, 2 cups of frozen fruit and one overflowing cup of greens. 3. Seal up bag, letting the air out to keep them fresh. 4. Stockpile in your freezer until you are ready for a smoothie. 5. Blend smoothie pack, soy milk, dash of ground flax seed, dash of chia seeds and a few raw almonds. Add a little bit of soy milk at a time until it blends easily. Puree until it is super smooth and no chunks. 6. Pour into a glass and enjoy your icy smoothie! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
