This week’s photograph chosen by Share The Honest Love founder Laura Caudery of Fetcham Park, was discovered on the Instagram account of wedding photographer DashaCaffrey on Instagram. I’m a big fan of Dasha’s beautiful photography anyway, having featured it on Love My Dress several times now, but this little photograph below truly sums up the essence of ‘Share The Honest Love’ for Laura and I.
Laura chose this image to share today “…because it’s not just the grown ups that feel the love on a wedding day! Isn’t this how we’d all like to be kissed?’”

For my own choice this week couldn’t have been anything other than this beautiful image shared by wedding photographer Mark Tattersall – whose work I truly adore sharing on Love My Dress.
This image touched my heart so very much because it reminded me of my Grandpa. I would do anything for my own Grandpa to hug me one more time like this – it’s made me realise how very lucky I was to have Grandpa present on my own wedding day and gave me one more little reminder too that despite the sadness right now, Grandpa would want me to be happy.
