Stepping into Fall

It’s still hot here during the day but ahhh night times are getting chilly! I’m sitting here on the floor writing in front of the fireplace. I’m trying to stay warm and using my dogs as blankets (best body heat ever). It feels so nice to finally be able to turn this dormant fireplace back on! Part of me can’t wait until it’s cold all day every day though, so I can start layering and combining textures. Dressing for Fall/Winter is much more interesting!! Don’t you think? I bought this sweater from Forever21 in an Extra Large with this in mind : a half tuck with heavy side draping and extra long sleeves (serving the purpose of a portable security blanket type sensation everywhere I go… if that makes sense). XO F
