Happy Friday! It’s the end of a busy week, but the kind of busy where you actually get a lot done–as opposed to the kind where you’ve accidentally let all of the laundry and dishes pile up so you spend a big chunk of time doing that. I’ve started working on holiday goodies for the shop, I have some fun DIYs on the calendar, and, of course, since it was time for another round of Pinterest Picks, I took care of it. Eye candy, ahoy.
How great is this corner gallery wall? And did you notice that it features the same “the world is your oyster” print from last time? I think I just need to buy it already and be done with it. Also, don’t tell Mr. Faux Taxidermy Hubsey, but I like the rhino head inside the picture frame. That needs to be our little secret.
I know I keep saying that I’m over the jewelry-making and blah, blah, blah, but these wire-wrapped rings would make an adorable gift. (I almost called them stocking stuffers but it’s too early for that kind of nonsense.)
Putting things into bowls and toasting some bread is totally my kind of cooking, so naturally I’m VERY into the idea of a bruschetta bar.
Why don’t you come live at my house, giant plaid scarf? We can drink cocoa and go to the pumpkin patch.
So what are you up to this weekend? We’ve decided to go on an actual date, not ordering take-out and eating it at home with beer and Netflix, but putting on normal people clothes and going to a restaurant. Or maybe a bar, but it has to be a bar without a bunch of TVs. Otherwise we need to do some floor mopping and the usual laundry/grocery shopping/batch cooking. Tell me you’re doing something fun! We’ll live vicariously through you.
