Guest Designer: Jacqueline

Soft, pretty, floral…Jacqueline’s cards are always swoon-worthy! It’s an honor to share her Penny Black stamped creations this week.

My name is Jacqueline de Groot and I live in the South of France. I love creativity and have been creative all my life. The last eight years I have been attracted to rubber stamps, distress inks and patterned papers and love to make cards as a hobby and it helps me relax. Making cards is also a mission for me as it is a tool of blessing to be able to encourage other people with a hand-made card and a little message to make their day. I have a blog called Jacqueline’s Craft Nest and I would love it if you paid me a visit!

I was so happy to be asked to guest design this week with the beautiful Penny Black stamps. Over the last few months I have been attracted to the new stamps, especially the botanical ones. I find the clings very flexible and excellent to use. They give a beautiful stamped image, which means success every time!

We’re so glad you’re here with us, Jacqueline, sharing your stunning cards. We begin today with this beautiful floral design. How did Jacqueline achieve this beautiful look? Her technique is so fun! She inked up our 25-003 Verdant Stencil Design (yes, inked the actual stencil itself) then spritzed it with water before pressing it onto her cardstock. Genius!
