Wish Style Challenge ‘Winter In The City’ Event

I’m so glad I’m finally on holidays and relieved from assessments, along with stress from work due to the end of financial year. I can finally unwind, relax and catch up on my much loved blogging!!!

Staring with the Wish Style Challenge event I had the honour of attending late last month. With Wish releasing their amazing winter collection, a competition called Winter in The City was held by the clothing label early May. With the support of Honda Australia, the challenge was to style a piece of the Wish winter collection in your own way.

With some of Australia’s best up and coming fashion bloggers taking part, the calibre of entries were simply sublime. I was so happy to attend the event held in such an amazing venue with canapés and frequent flowing drinks (hahaha I can never complain when 2 of my vices have been

answered).

Bloggers from all over Australia in Perth Canberra and Melbourne attended to celebrate the event and the atmosphere was so eccentric leading up to the announcement of the winner, the prize being a HONDA CITY…. SAY WHAT?!!!

Kiara King was announced the winner taking home the Honda City. WOOT WOOT!!!

I have never really been to such a big event with so many talent and amazing bloggers, it can be a super intimidating experience and if you know me personally you know how awkward I get hahaha! I’m so glad I had Camille from from Frilly Skirts there, since we met the first time last year at another event, I’ve spent time with her and her incredibly talented photographer/blogger boyfriend Ramon and now I see them both as my really dear friends.

It was such a fun night and I am so grateful to Wish for organising an incredible event. Everyone was so nice and friendly, there was even a small dance floor; I was dropping it like it was hot all night, Hahahaha! not really but it was still super fun to get our dance on! This is why I love going to these events and meeting people that share the same interests and experiences, it is something I truly appreciate about the blogging world and the blogging community.
