Layer It: Yoga or Pilates Session


For the past year and a half I’ve been a weekly devotee to pilates. It makes me centered, I don’t think about my lengthy to-do list for a hour, and best of all I’ve seen the best results from it. For some people they prefer yoga over pilates or vice versa but all that matters is you find the right fit for you – no matter what it is. Even if it’s taking a walk around the block.
