Happy Official Fika Day!

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that to fika is something that I love and do a lot. I'm also trying to promote it to Americans, since they simply don't have the same fika culture as in the Nordic countries. You can see the definition below, but I really miss this thing where you sit down with your friends or family (or by yourself) and enjoy your fika, and not where you buy some crappy coffee that you get in a paper cup and then stress out to whatever you're about to do.
