Ceramic Cupcakes for Kinders
My kinders have started their ceramic cupcakes this week. I was reminded again how perfect this project is for them, and how easy these are to make thanks to new silicone rubber cupcake liners. You can get them at any craft store that includes baking products. The liners hold the clay wonderfully as little fingers form a bowl, and can be easily peeled away a day later, after the clay has set.
My ceramic supplier, Ceramic Art Space also sells the best glazes to go finish these guys off: Fudge, Vanilla, Maple Syrup, Honey and Cherry Red. No matter what the skill level the children are at, these little cupcakes are adorable when they are done.
