Last Weekend Nick and I ventured on over to Roosevelt Island to which we were shocked to discover a brand new park! Lined with symmetrical trees and elevated above sea level, the new Franklin D. Roosevelt Park is really something to see. It only took us about 30 minutes coming from downtown on the F train too! I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s visiting or will in the future. Today I’m showcasing my new Hudson Jeans in the blake slim straight fit. The denim fit well and paired great with light weight baseball jacket and black v-neck sweater. It’s a youthful outfit good for a weekend event or casual night out. Along with the park, Roosevelt island is famous for an abandoned smallpox hospital which sits directly across from the new memorial. It may be lined with golden foliage but it’s also haunted and inhabits demon cats (See above) All in all it was a memorable afternoon with spooky finds and thoughts about next halloween. What’s life without a few goods risks?
