Fun with flannel

I have been on that backpack-kinda-laid-back style for a while now. And I have been loving the flannel shirts and blouses that seem to fit this style so effortlessly. The green one in the pictures in this article is my favorite flannel at the moment. I love that it’s green instead of the usual red. The green color just gives my outfit a fresher vibe and I like it. I also like how it’s a little bit sportier than my usual clothes.

This is a new style for me because I usually dress a little dressier. But I do really like this sportier vibe but there is just one thing I just can not let go. And that’s my high heels, I just need my high heels. In this case I’m wearing ankle boots by Steve Madden girl. I love how it gives me a little bit of edge. I’m also very short so I can use every inch to make myself look a little taller. And I think it looks good on me in this outfit, what do you think?
