Buongiorno roselline, oggi vorrei presentarvi un meraviglioso progetto nato dal connubio tra Moda e Arte – se di connubio di può parlare, dato che la moda di per sè è già una forma di espressione artistica. La presenza di opere d’arte nel Prêt-à-porter diventa infatti sempre più marcata, sia per i soggetti raffigurati sui capi, che per l’allestimento di maestose installazioni in sostituzione della classica passerella. Hello pinkie pies, today I’d love to introduce an outstanding project stemming from the merge between Art and Fashion - provided we can call it “merge” when fashion is per se a form of artistic expression. The presence of art pieces in Prêt-à-porter is increasing significantly, both for the subjects depicted on the garments, and for the set-up of majestic installations to replace the classic catwalk.

Tra le più recenti manifestazioni del proficuo incontro tra moda e arte vediamo la collaborazione tra il famoso artista George Rousse e Thomas Tait: il giovanissimo designer emergente ha debuttato a Londra con una collezione PE2015 ispirata allo stesso set che l’ha ospitata, un’installazione di dipinti murali in un edificio abbandonato.
