I am more than thrilled to present to you the new VIU Eyewear campaign for which I had the honor to be the face of! The official launch of the collection as well as their 1 year anniversary party took place last week on Thursday at the flagship store in Zurich - unfortunately I missed it since I'm in New Zealand.
This isn't the first time I have been working together with the brand (remember this shooting?) and it's always a pleasure to see them moving forward and becoming bigger and bigger. Within only one year they accomplished to open two mono-stores, one in Zurich, the other in Basel, but with the partner shops they are also available in lots of other cities across Switzerland and hopefully soon, worldwide too!
When Fabrice approached me with the offer of becoming their campaign model he said that Sandra and he had already thought about it before, but that I somehow hadn't been ready back then.. I'm happy they changed their mind!
The shooting took place in the beginning of November and we were shooting for something like 5 hours straight. Under the motto "framing characters" I had to bring my own outfits since VIU is not looking for just some model, but for a character - they've had all different kind of people for their past campaigns. We created really different scenes and looks, but in the end I think they all harmonize very well together. What do you think?
It definitively feels like becoming a part of the VIU family!
