Diet Day 2, 3, 4


I am not sure if it is because of the diet or because of things going on but I felt so fed up today (day 3), tired, bored and just generally meh. I suppose I at least feel full/not hungry. I think it's due to external factors - and by that I mean, other people being total mother*******. Funny how that will affect you. Day 4 I seem to have come over the other side. Plus I had some grilled veal burgers, which at least made a nice change.

What did I eat?

Breakfast - oat bran porridge (all days)
Snack - fat free yog - different flavours each day, all mullerlight fat free
Lunch - Pot of low fat cottage cheese, packet of ham or chicken
Snack - 3 yoghurts (1 mullerlight 2 weight watchers yoghurts)
Dinner - 2 river cobbler fillets and cottage cheese or 2 grilled beef or veal burgers and cottage cheese

Exercise

Cardio x 30 minutes on Day 2, 3 - went for a long walk on the 4th

And how do I feel?

Glad I am on the wagon and my weight will soon be under control. I have so far lost 3 lbs.

Looking forward to my clothes fitting better already, I have seen some lovely dresses in Oasis that I really want but I am forcing myself NOT to buy anything new until the rest of the weight is off as an incentive.




I am already irritated with people telling me I am not fat and shouldn't be on a diet, I do just want to lose the weight I put on, no more no less, and it's the weight that I want to be and it's my body! Not looking forward to Saturday night, as I am staying home rather than trying to go out and eat protein and have no alcohol. I am going to treat myself to a glass of gin and tonic on Wednesday this week though after a week on the diet. I am seeing Private Lives with my lovely friend Lucy so I think I deserve a night off. I just won't have any calorie filled wine and will stick with gin and tonic!
