Day 1. Take her out to dinner and just listen. Let her know how valuable she is. Let her cry and get it all out. Try not to say I told you so even though you might want to.
Day 2. Send her inspirational messages. Most likely after she leaves you she will still be sad. Text every now and again to let her know that she’s not alone and you were thinking about her.
Day 3. If you’re not to busy go over your friend’s house and help her clean up a bit. Most times when your going through something you just want to sleep, so you neglect things like making your bed, folding laundry or washing dishes. It’s easier to sleep the pain away but, go out of your way to make your friend be productive.
Day 4. Pray with your friend. When you do this it gives hope in knowing that God has all the answers, and he brings people in your life for a reason and a season. This will bring comfort.
Day 5. Just be there. I know we all have lives and families, but go the extra mile for your friend. Hopefully she’ll be coming back to her normal self by now knowing that God has major plans in store for her. She’ll figure out that BETTER things will come.
