Halloween 2014: Queen of Hearts

Halloween might be on the top of my favorite holidays list. There's just something about being someone else for a day and just looking absolutely crazy without shame. Everyone looks insane together and it's acceptable...which is the way it should be every day, but one day is better than none.

Every year Jeremy and I try to think of creative couple costumes but we were falling short this year and we still couldn't settle on a final decision two nights before Halloween. We ended up changing our minds last minute and just using things from our own closets to be the Queen of Hearts and the Rabbit who's always late for a very important date.

If I had more time I might have laminated my collar of cards since the rain poured down on our late night shenanigans and turned my collar into a sad, wilting mess. But all in all, I think it turned out pretty awesome for being so last minute. Also, hot glue guns are lifesavers.

What were you guys dressed up as?
