Wallapop: A Flea Market Community | Sponsored Post

Described as a flea market community on your phone, I initially thought that Wallapop would just simply be another one of those online selling platforms that have steadily popped up seemingly everywhere recently. And it is an online platform for selling on your unwanted possessions BUT there's also a bit of a twist.

Wallapop (free on android & iOS!) promotes the exchange of products between people living in the same neighbourhood, making their vision far more unique than I first realised. All items available are sorted by how close they are to your location, making it possible to go and see something before committing to purchasing & cutting out postage costs entirely. It's the perfect way to explore some of the potential treasures, that their owners no longer need, in your local area especially if there aren't any dedicated flea markets around. (Just make sure you always stay safe!)

Over the weekend I've been having a good look through the things people are selling close to me and I may or may not have spotted a fabulous looking vintage dressing table that I'm currently trying to figure out how I can squeeze in my home somewhere!

What do you think of Wallapop?
Will you sign up to have a look at what's available in your neighbourhood?
