Essie Peach Daiquiri and China Glaze Champagne Kisses - Natural Light

For the warmer weather I really fancied a bright mani and since I don't have any neon polishes I plumped for Essie Peach Daiquiri with China Glaze Champagne Kisses on the ring finger.

Essie's description is a "peachy mouthwatering cocktail of a polish is just so refreshing, both fruity-sweet and powerful, it will knock your socks off with fashion flavour". I totally have to agree. The colour is the perfect blend of peach and watermelon and lots super bright and punchy!

The formula is really good, the swatches are two coats. I purchased mine recently so has the benefits of the fatter brush from the diffusion line which makes application really easy. Definitely one of my favourites for sunnier times!

China Glaze Champagne Kisses was released with the 2010 holiday collection. It's a tan, rose-gold glitter with tons of holo glitters throughout. I layered it over a coat of the Essie polish and I wish I hadn't. Even with two coats over the top you can still see the Essie peaking through underneath. Will have to remember for future manis that it really doesn't need to be layered.

Whilst this polish was released age agos you should be able to find it easily online still if you fancied it for your collection :)

What is your favourite summer mani colours? How do you feel about neon polishes?
