Jewel Tones

This has been quite a hectic week for me. Lots of exciting stuff going on at work (you might have read the NYT article about our recent rebranding) has meant a few late nights. Stan and I had a few dinners with friends, which were wonderful. And, I’m planning some big things this year for Poor & Pretty. (Stay tuned!)

When everything is hectic, I still like to plan at least one really cute outfit a week. This jewel-tone-inspired one was my favorite this week. Deep purple, dark blue, bright red… Actually, my favorite red boots are in serious need of repair. Anyone know a good cobbler?

How awesome is this macaroni necklace? Scarlett made this for me when she was 4. She’s got taste! (Pun intended?)

I love my latest Timex, too. Don’t ask me to tell you what time it is, but it sure is pretty, isn’t it? I think I’m Wear(ing) It Well.
