Announcing: the Sci-Fi Movie Challenge

Another year, another challenge.

Look, I couldn’t do the Bond Challenge. I really failed with that one. I can’t explain why.. I just found myself rolling my eyes a lot, and I just couldn’t sit through a single ‘classic’ Bond.

But now; after listening to a Two Movie Buffs movie podcast recently – I realised that I didn’t have a lot of classic science fiction films to draw from. When I saw Moon with Sam Rockwell; I knew enough about 2001: a Space Odyssey to see how it might be similar, but without having seen it; what kind of informed movie enthusiast/reviewer/junkie would I be?
