Brooklyn Summer

It's been hot as ever here in BK, and what else is a girl supposed to do, besides find anywhere possible to lay out for a little Vitamin D takeover!?
For me, Summers in Brooklyn, mean spending as much time as possible sipping on a brew, hanging out with friends, and embarking on an endless search to find the perfect poolside, park, or rooftop. And, when I find these quiet spaces to read a book or get my suntan on, I of course need the proper attire. Nothing beats reading a good book on your fire escape with some iced coffee, in your new favorite one piece, and some short-shorts.
Now, about swimsuits, more specifically onto one-pieces. I dished about all my Summer go-to's, when chatting with Kmart Fashion, earlier this season. I, for one, am new to rocking a one piece, but am seriously digging the idea of making outfits out of my swimwear. Kimono, shorts, animal print one piece, done.
