Life Via the Camera Roll

Hi loves! I know its been a minute since i've done a Life Via the Camera Roll post. I tend to post a lot on instagram now because it's much faster (and easier to respond to you ladies) but here we go today with a little Life Via the Camera Roll from last week! As previously mentioned we decided to head back east and visit my family for Thanksgiving. Now that i'm 7 months pregnant we thought we should try to squeeze in one more east coast trip before this new baby arrives. Traveling with a kiddo is DEFINITELY a bit of work but this age is so much better for flying! We bring tons of snacks, a couple small new toys (coloring books etc) and of course the IPad and you're pretty much set! We traveled with Ava when she was 7 months old and then again when she was 9 months and both of those trips were stressful and rough for us. Not sure if you mamas had the same experience or not with that age and flying too?! So we decided one last trip back home because we'll be putting the long flights on hold till our next one is a bit older. When we're back home visiting family it's all about seeing as much fam as we can, over eating lots of not so healthy food and soaking in all the chilly weather! So here we go with a few random shots from our quick trip!

I was so bummed it snowed the day before we got there. It melted pretty quickly but we played in it while we could and Ava is officially obsessed with snow!

and when you're at meme's house you wake up to smell of bacon and Paual Dean's French Toast Casserole! TROUBLE!

Ugh and I couldn't get enough of Ava playing with her little cousin! Clearly having the time of her life on this little train ride ;)

And then Aunt Andee had to take down her teenage niece and nephews in the ginger bread house contest! ;))))

a trip home is never complete without a country breakfast at Cracker Barrel! I tried to keep it healthy with the turkey sausage and egg whites but of course dominated the biscuits and gravy and fried apples!!!

Ava had SO much fun this trip and seeing her with all her cousins makes me so happy! I hope you girls all had a great Thanksgiving too!!
