Early Fall Outfits with Living Doll LA

I can’t believe I’m about to write this: I wish I lived somewhere other than California right now. I love my state and my city, but I hate that our fall doesn’t come around until November-ish, if we’re lucky. While the rest of you are sipping on hot coffee and bundling up with chunky sweaters and knee high boots, I’m over here sweating and drinking an iced latte. Nope, I’m not bitter.
All that aside, the warm weather did not stop me from putting together early fall outfits using pieces courtesy of Living Doll LA. Look #1 is my go-to for autumn: tee, cardigan, denim, boots, and tote. I screamed out loud when I first saw the Selfie tank on LDLA’s website. One could even describe it as love at first sight. What a great way to pay homage to my profession, generation, and advocacy for self-love than wearing, “Believe in your selfie,” across my upper body.

Look #2 is for those moments when I need a little edge in my life---because leather sleeves always makes me feel like a badass. I toughened up the naturally sweet Sophie skater dress with a military-inspired jacket, multi-layered necklace, and combat boots. However, I could easily keep it soft and sweet by pairing it with the boyfriend cardigan from look #1; that’s a combo you’ll see in a LDLA Lookbook video I’m currently editing.
