Bourbon Milk Punch

Today is the last day of National Bourbon Heritage Month so I figured I should end September indulgently with a boozy, creamy cocktail.

For 1 cocktail:

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • 1.5 oz. heavy cream
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Combine ingredients into ice filled shaker. Shake for about 30 seconds and strain into old fashioned glass. Finish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
