All White in Shirtdress and Gladiator Sandals

What to wear when you completely want to ignore the end of summer lurking around the corner? Yep, all white. Nothings creams summer like white dresses if you ask me, and this crisp white shirt dress I picked up at Zara during the sales is a great, more grown up version of girlier white summerdresses I used to live in during previous years. No spaghetti straps, nothing short or tight or ill-fitting, no costume-y dowdy vibes: just a flattering, clean, cotton shirt dress with beautiful detailing. This would work just as well at the office as at the beach. The white gladiator sandals are really cool as well, like a more subtle take on those cool, clunky water sandals in white or clear rubber that have been enjoying a comeback.
I already had so many pictures (sorry, vain day), but I still wanted to show you two close ups of my make up because DAMN this was a good face day.

For fall, I'm totally feeling matte grey-purple-brown shades both for eyes and lips, and a good strong brow. The sort of make up that looks really natural and "done" on brunettes, sort of 90s inspired. I might do a tutorial soon with a round up of some of my favourite brown/pink lipsticks as these really are key for the look I'm rocking here. Is that something you'd be into?
