Lulu Guinness lips pop-up lands in Madinat Jumeirah

September 2014 marked 25 years of iconic British Accessories Designer Lulu Guinness, with an expansive career that has seen her rose basket become immortalized in the V&A museum, receive an Order of the British Empire and become a globally recognizable brand.

To celebrate the brand’s 25th Anniversary, an impressive installation has been created entirely from Polaroids of lips in honour of one of her most treasured trademarks. A unique collaboration between Lulu Guinness and Polaroid pioneers Impossible. Lips of Lulu’s closest friends, fans and followers of the brand during the last 25 years make up the 100‘s of floating Polaroid images.

Contributors include Paloma Faith, Dita Von Teese, Helena Bonham Carter, Christina Hendricks, Anna Della Russo, Lady Fozaza, Khulood Thani, Nina Zandnia and many more. The installation was first unveiled in London at a star studded event hosted during London Fashion Week, and has now travelled across the globe to the heart of Dubai.

Lulu fans are welcome to see the installation this December in Souk Madinat Jumeirah, then visit the Lulu Guinness store in the Souk to see the limited edition collection of stunning silver accessories in celebration of the brand’s profound milestone.
