Essie Style Hunter

While I don’t subscribe to the theory “when in doubt wear red” when it comes to clothes I definitely follow that advice when it comes to nail polish! I just love red nails polish. It’s classic. It’s chic. It’s a total no brainer.

So I was happy to see that Essie included a red polish in their Spring 2014 Hide & Go Chic collection. And I have to say, Style Hunter is high on the list when it comes to my favorite red polishes.

Essie describes Style Hunter as a pure crimson which I think is pretty accurate. Style Hunter is a perfect red for spring and summer. It feels fresh and light on the nails yet totally chic and classic. Basically, LOVE!

The formula is fantastic. I used two coats in all my swatches.

Clearly, I’m a fan of this polish. I also happen to adore the name (appropriately I wore this polish to the mall…). So far I haven’t seen the display for this collection in stores but it should be popping up soon. Currently the Hide & Go Chic collection is available at Ulta.com as well as on Amazon.
