Barielle – Topless in St. Tropez

It’s shaping up to be a pretty grey and gloomy week, so picking a fun & vibrant polish was imperative. Lucky for me, I had just the one patiently waiting in the nail polish queue: Topless in St. Tropez. Even the name is fun!

Topless in St. Tropez is from Barielle’s The Keys Collection for Summer 2014. You all know I love location based collections, and this is no different. The polishes are bright, fun, & perfect for summer. The names are fun & flirty and really embrace my very laissez-faire summer attitude. While I’ve been to France, I’ve never had the opportunity to visit St. Tropez. It’s beautiful and definitely in my top 10 list of places to go.

Barielle describes this polish as “a creamy pink with coral.” I suppose that works, though they leave out the fact that it is beautifully bright(er than my camera shows) and has a delicate shimmer. After trying hundreds of polishes, I suppose I’m spoiled but, application was average. The polish itself wasn’t difficult to work with, but I did need to be a bit careful to avoid streaking, but after three coats it all settled and I’m really happy with the results. I know I’ll be staring at my nails all day.

All Barielle polishes are 5 free, pregnancy safe, and not tested on animals. For more Barielle, go take a look at their Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram or Facebook – or all of the above!

Barielle polishes retail for $8 and you can purchase them on their website. My Ulta used to carry Barielle polishes, but I haven’t seen them there in a while. Let me know where you get your Barielle

Giveaway Reminder: Barielle was kind enough to send the full collection to give to one of YOU! You can find giveaway details here! It ends 7/24/14. Good luck!
