I am pretty much a city gal. Whether im in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or my current home, NYC, you will mostly find me in a metropolitan zone. That being said, there is absolutely nothing that balances me out more than a nature escape…

My good friend Mughen (who shot these photos) has this incredible cottage upstate…so much land, cows, a pond with freakish devil koi fish, and a barn with a ping pong table…the list goes on. Basically the recipe for a good time.

Feeling fortunate to have good places to run away to and even more fortunate to have good friends to escape with. Really, that’s what it’s all about…

There is no better form of comfort than true friendship. <3
