I like to collect pretty things and this vintage tuxedo dress is definitely one of those pieces that makes my heart melt! Its timeless cut is very flattering and the fact that it looks like a coat makes it so versatile! If you ask me, most certainly a piece to invest in and to own in your wardrobe.
The shoes had to make an appearance and somehow break the "classical" of the dress, so these hot boots from Sonia Rykiel were the perfect add to the whole "Lady and the Tramp" story.
I don't usually match my bag with my shoes, but the studded Kotur purse was the best choice.
And finally a feather hat to romanticize the whole outfit, after all we are in Paris...Extravagance is allowed!

J’adore collectionner les jolies choses et cette robe smoking vintage est une de ces pièces qui fait fondre mon cœur. Son indémodable coupe et son aspect manteau la rendent très versatile. Si vous me demandez, c’est un investissement qui vaut le coup et qu’il faut absolument avoir dans sa garde-robe.
Les chaussures se devaient de sortir de l’ordinaire et de casser le look « classique » de la robe. Ces boots Sony Rykiel collaient parfaitement avec l’histoire « la belle et le clochard ».
Je n’accorde pas souvent mon sac avec mes chaussures, mais ce sac Kotur était idéal.
Pour finir, quelques plumes pour donner un air romantique au look, nous sommes à Paris après tout …
