Do you ever have trouble sleeping? Especially in this heat, I’ve been having the hardest time falling asleep. I tend to toss and turn all night long and wake up very tired the next morning. So recently just before bedtime, I started massaging the soles of my feet with
lavender oil and I already see a huge difference. Supposedly rubbing lavender oil on your feet ensures a very quick absorption into your bloodstream that soothes your nerves and relaxes you in an instant while inducing sleep. Try it, it’s awesome!
