If you are active on social media or watch the news, I'm sure you've heard about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. If you're living in the dark, you can read more about it here. The main purpose is to spread awareness for ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and to ultimately find a cure. Even though many people have found the videos to be silly, the challenge is clearly working. Over FORTY MILLION DOLLARS has been raised since it started.
