Crazy for Bananas

My new favorite fruit discovered in Burma is this type of a banana. Two sides are flat & they are overall wider & shorter than S American varieties we get in the US.
The taste is quite different. It’s not as sweet, more dense & creamy. Subtle flavor hints of vanilla.
