Milani Limited Edition Roses Blush for Spring 2014, Swatches & Review

Milani will be launching a second collection of the super popular Rose Powder Blushes. You may remember that I received one last year for review and was not too impressed as the shade was too light for my skin. This time around Milani went bolder and brighter and the collection does not disappoint. There are four new limited edition shades and brown girls rejoice as this time all of the shades work for us!
