This New Mascara From Revlon Is Not As Bold As The Name Suggests

I'm always game to try a new mascara as I must face the facts, my lashes along with my eyebrows are pretty much non-existent. I wasn't blessed with long luscious lashes so I have to compensate with mascara and lots of it. A mascara made with only high-shine black fibers that both lengthens and adds volume? I'll gladly take that. The thing is it did neither for me.
