House Tour | SJP's Newly Listed Townhouse
We finally get a full tour inside Sarah Jessica Parker's trendy Greenwich Village brownstone. She and husband Matthew Broderick recently listed it for $22 million (they purchased for $19 mill in 2011). The historic, 25-foot-wide townhouse is 6,800 square feet and has seven fireplaces, a Juliet balcony, landscaped garden and millwork and built-in bookcases galore.
We had a glimpse of the home in this rapid-fire Vogue interview, but it appears it has been redecorated since the interview, and with a lot less color.The listing is with famed Fredrik Eklund of Million Dollar Listings New York (a show that my hubby and I always watch together!).
